Inprocess Inspection - Mandatory???

HiI am in 4.6b and what I have observed is that the despite the confirmation parameter setting for result recording, user can go ahead without recording the result . This is happening as the inspection lot is getting the status RREC evne with inspection point creation(QE11) and saving without any result recording. Is it the scenario or there is some setting problem ?

decision in process的意思是决定正在进行中，也就是正在受理中。
这并不是说被拒绝，你能做的就是等待结果。
